This shot was taken in (on?) Staten Island with a Nikon D90 and 18-200mm at 50mm, ISO200 f/4.8 and 1/125.

I was walking thru this graveyard of a ton of decay –  including boats, old engines, etc. and I came across this log. It was amazing to see all this decay and then this log – presenting us with some life.
